How does InstantMentor connect mentees with mentors?
InstantMentor has AI incorporated into our app. Based upon personal preferences such as hobbies, what one desires to be mentored in, and other selections, InstantMentor’s app will provide recommended mentors tailored to your specific wants and needs.
What is included in InstantMentor?
InstantMentor includes the following:
- Free to use app
- Recommended mentor and mentee matches based on your preferences
- Recommended resources and articles
- Ability to have video conferences on the app
- Communicate through chat within the app
- Progress tracked as mentorship meetings move forward
- Worksheet/booklet to guide meetings
- Unlimited usage of app for free
Do I have to keep the same Mentor?
If for some reason there is not a good connection with your mentor, there is no requirement with staying with the same mentor.
You may switch your mentor at any time, and InstantMentor will generate a best match alternative that fits your preferences!
InstantMentor does the heavy lifting up front to make sure your first match is both acceptable and one that will be a long term relationship.
