Mentorship has guided Mikal through his corporate career from an internship, to management, to executive level leadership at Fortune 100 & 500 companies. Coming from a blue collar family, large corporations and technology were completely new to his path, and unknown to his nearest and dearest family members.

Building intentional relationships with mentors was critical to his success. These relationships have carried on over 10 years and continue to provide value.

This background has led Mikal to be a strong advocate for mentorship in the lives of others. Mikal coached and led a high school sports team of over 60 young men not only in the sport, but also in life.

InstantMentor was started after Lance and Mikal recognized the importance of mentorship, and realized how difficult and rare it is for individuals to find mutually beneficial relationships. Mikal's background prepared him with the skills necessary to build the InstantMentor platform with experience at:

• Universal Parks & Resorts where he built customer experiences for tens of millions of people who visit yearly
• Started American Resolve Mobile LLC where he built over 12 mobile apps and 20 websites in a single year
