InstantMentor provides an easy, simple, and efficient way to connect and foster mentee and mentor relationships.

The InstantMentor app is all inclusive and walks you through each step of finding your mentor, connecting with them, as well as provides chat and video calls. There is no need for external services or usage. If you have the InstantMentor app, you have everything you need to build your relationship with your mentor, virtually!

We do the heavy lifting of connecting the right mentor with the right mentee, based upon preferences, interests, career, what one desired to be mentored in, etc.

2. Mentorship material to guide meetings.

InstantMentor provides mentorship material to help guide and facilitate meetings.

We understand the initial nerves of meeting your mentor and potential skepticism on how meetings will go. Even for the mentor, it may be their first time mentoring a mentee.

Whatever the case may be, InstantMentor provides material to help guide and foster the relationship throughout each meeting.

Having a plan for each meeting is imperative in the mentorship process. If either party is unsure how to proceed, we provide the necessary material to help guide great discussions and initiate growth!

3. Video access through platform to facilitate meetings.

All meetings are facilitated and run through the InstantMentor app.

Communication is kept between the mentor and mentee within the app, so there is no need to share additional information (ex: email and phone number) to your mentor.

By keeping everything within the InstantMentor app, you can feel safe and at ease due to no pressure of sharing what you are not comfortable sharing.

Within the app, you will receive notifications of your upcoming mentorship meetings.

By having reminders, you will be able to stay on top of and keep track of each meeting as well as ensure you are prepared.

If something comes up, our chat feature allows you to quickly get a hold of your mentor/mentee to reschedule meetings.

The Cons of InstantMentor

1. InstantMentor is a newer company.

As with any newer company, there will always be certain aspects to work on and make better.

We are open to any feedback, as we want to continue to make the best platform for not only connecting mentors with mentees, but providing the resources and capabilities to make connections easy and help foster each relationship.

The con of InstantMentor being a newer company is also a strength, as you can be part of helping us build the platform to suit the needs of everyone.

Your feedback is welcome, and we will continue to create and make material, calls, and functioning of the app easy and accessible to all.

2. There is a lower base of initial options for connections between mentees and mentors.

Since InstantMentor is a newer company, the options to connect mentors with mentees will be limited.

As time progresses, and more people utilize the app, connections amongst mentors and mentees will provide greater connection rates and offer more options and suggestions.

Currently, connections will be made from a lower base of options. Again, as we continue to move forward, more people will join the app (which, in turn, will offer a wide array of selection amongst mentors).
