Like anything in life, if your goals aren’t clearly understood, the outcome may not align with your expectations.
We have several goals that we will bring to the table which we see different organizations using, but you are more than welcome to bring your own goals!
We will take the time to walk through each one, have an open discussion, and ensure that InstantMentor is a good fit for you.
We understand that mentorship programs are not one size fits all, and InstantMentor may not be the solution for your organization.
Regardless, this call will help provide value in progressing mentorship in your organization. If there is a better solution than InstantMentor, or now is not the right time, we are happy to recommend alternatives or the next steps.

Of course, there is always some paperwork, but this step in the process usually takes a few minutes.
The contract is an agreement between your organization and InstantMentor to align on cost, timeline, deliverables, and long-term support.

We are officially underway! Now that we have everything administratively, we can get to the fun part: Rolling your program out to your organization!
One of the first steps is working together to create an “Organization Onboarding Plan”, which serves the purpose of understanding how you would like to bring your mentorship program to life.
Whether starting with a small group of your employees/members in a pilot program or rolling out to all your employees at once, we have experience with both.
This plan will set the guidelines, target timeline, and roles/responsibilities of the key stakeholders. We will also align on the criteria for matching mentors & mentees.
Whether by business unit, role, or experience level, the InstantMentor platform matching algorithm can be tailored to any set of attributes.
After the Organization Onboarding Plan, we can step into the Curriculum Selection and onboard your mentorship materials.
You can choose from one of our off-the-shelf curriculums or bring your own; our platform will help bring it to life at scale!
Now’s the best part: Launch!
We will launch the white-labeled app together branded to your organization and invite the initial group as part of your Organization's Onboarding Plan.
After the app is launched and the initial group is onboarded, the InstantMentor platform does the rest.
Mentors & Mentees will be matched based on the InstantMentor algorithm and criteria you selected. They will be prompted to schedule a time that works with both of their calendars and will be presented with prep material for their first session.
Your employees/members can choose from various modes of communication: in-person, video call, or phone call. All of the interactions will be safely stored in the app.
Also, you will have a real-time dashboard to watch as your mentorship program takes off! You can monitor engagement, sessions, and more, allowing you to take action immediately.
Don’t worry. Our team isn’t going anywhere.
After the initial rollout, we will be just as eager as you to see how the process unfolds!
We like to meet weekly with our partners after we initially get started. After the program is functioning at an optimal level, we reduce the frequency to monthly or quarterly.
You will have all the tools needed to monitor progress, modify your options, and make real-time changes after receiving feedback from your organization.
In these check-ins, we will be there to help answer any questions you have and also help make any recommendations based on what we are both hearing and seeing.
